The boot floor in my 156 fell about an inch from where it should be. I always doubt that the tool set in the boot might not be the original one with the wrong height. It resulted in the falling of the boot floor.
I decided to repaint the bonnet. Every time I looked at the bonnet, I felt bad for such a beauty and for the person behind the wheel, which is me.

Over the phone, I got a quote of EURO 15o for repainting the bonnet from a car painting specialist that was recommended by a 156 owner having his car served there not long ago. Booked a time and drove down to the workshop for final quote, the guy greeted me is nice but not the piece of news. After he inspected the paint condition with a staff who should be the technician doing the actual work, I guess, he told me that the paint condition is too bad to merely overlaying a new layer of paint, therefore, he suggested removing the existing paint entirely before repainting the bonnet and that costed 1oo Euro more😵.
